Compress a PDF without uploading it
This tool re-renders each page of your PDF at a chosen resolution and re-compresses it, producing a smaller file you can email or upload. Pick a stronger level for scanned or image-heavy PDFs to save the most space, or a lighter level to keep pages crisp. Everything happens inside your browser — the PDF is never sent to a server. Note: because pages are rasterised, selectable text becomes part of the image; for mostly-text PDFs the savings are smaller.
